Location

Brazil

Description

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer, known for smooth, balanced green coffee with approachable flavors like chocolate, caramel, nuts, and soft fruit. Large farms and mechanized harvesting define most of the production, especially in regions like Minas Gerais and Cerrado.

While much of the coffee is volume-driven, exceptional lots with full traceability do exist, especially from higher altitudes or specific fazendas. Lower-grade coffees may carry broad labels like "Santos," which indicate port, not farm.

At Binan coffee, we partner with producers and cooperatives in Brazil who focus on traceability, consistency, and quality. Whether you're sourcing for blends or looking for a standout single origin, our Brazilian lots are selected to deliver.
